She gives me a nice comfortable pillow and ensures that all the areas that I have been having some pain and are taken care off… I always come out feeling great. “I just finished a class pack and already purchased another. I really like the classes here. I’ve taken classes with Inez, Ruth, and Stephanie. They’re all great.
What I was worried about was being pushed past my limit but they don’t do that! They respect the weights that I choose for myself.
Also, it’s a very welcoming environment. Sometimes I just use the bar or don’t push too hard because it’s been awhile since I’ve weight lifted and I’m not sure how much I can lift yet. I feel like no one cares or is judging for how much you can do.“
